The high-tech Binotto telescopic cylinder is the core of ITA. Thanks to its high-precision sensors and integrated processing unit, ITA monitors the key critical factors for the safety and stability of tipping vehicles, both before and throughout the tipping operation.

The system continuously detects useful information about the state of the tipping body and the vehicle's tilt angles ("pitch" and "roll"), promptly alerting the operator when the values exceed the safety limits set by the manufacturer.

ITA (Intelligent Tipping Assistant) is an on-board system that enhances safety during tipping operations, providing visual and audible alerts to the operator via a tablet or smartphone in the cabin.
